Information Security Basic Policy

Thaiseng Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to safeguarding the information entrusted to us by our business partners, as well as our own information assets, against threats such as accidents, disasters, and criminal activities. In order to maintain public trust, the Company implements information security measures company-wide in accordance with the following policy:

1. Responsibility of Management
   The Company’s management takes the initiative in promoting the continuous and systematic enhancement of information security.

2. Establishment of Internal Framework
   The Company shall establish an organization dedicated to maintaining and improving information security, and formally define security measures as internal regulations.

3. Security Education for Employees
   The Company shall continuously promote awareness, provide education, and disseminate information related to information security to raise awareness among all employees.

4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
   The Company shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations pertaining to information security.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents
   In the event of any legal or contractual violations or security incidents, the Company shall respond appropriately and strive to prevent recurrence.
